Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate with different departments (planning, maintenance, and quality) to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor production lines, detect issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly production reports and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in strong>Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering/strong>.
  • (0 3 years) of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of strong>SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office/strong>.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
