Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving production plan allocated to production lines in accordance to the predetermined standards while working on increasing production capacity and decreasing waste.

Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for achieving of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined quality and safety standards.
  • Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines, and prepare production schedules.
  • Ensuring that healthy and safety regulation are met.
  • Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).
  • Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules.
  • Coordinates with the maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedule.
  • Monitoring production scrap and analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
  • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements: -

Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Production, Industrial.

Experience: 6- 8Years of experience in production / process.

Languages: Good command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).

Other: Lean manufacturing and ISO.

Computer Skills:

  • Ability to use CAD / CAM programs.
  • Familiar with ERP software Odoo.
  • Ability to design processes and layouts.
  • MS Office Skills Intermediate.
