Ensure production area process are running respecting EHS rules and improve them

• Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency
• Designs efficient production processes and workflows, and ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Reduces waste, addresses production issues, and review production schedules, processes, and specifications
• Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
• Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues
• Works with other departments to develop and design production standards, and generates process documentation and reports.
• Prepares production KPI analysis and develop/follow action plans.
• Improve daily direction setting in operation in a continuous improvement mindset.
• With engineering department review plant layout to ensure optimized flow in production work cell.
• Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel, and support on training, coaching and developing them.
