Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, documenting key performance indicators and progress.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and technology.
- Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain ISO and food safety certifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Production Mechanics, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Proven experience in process optimization and production line management.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards in manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train production teams.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing production demands.
