Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to oversee and manage the daily operation of our production lines in a peanut processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, high productivity, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Oversee the daily operation of the production lines to ensure high levels of efficiency and quality.
• Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor machinery performance and troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Apply and maintain GMP and HACCP food safety standards.
• Analyze production data to improve operational efficiency, increase yield, and reduce waste.
• Lead and train production supervisors and workers to ensure top performance.
• Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to execute continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Solid experience with production lines.
• Experience in production planning, Lean manufacturing, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage production workflows effectively.
• Arabiclanguage required; Fluency In English is an advantage.
