Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations and manufacturing processes.
Manage steel fabrication activities and workshop production.
Oversee assembly lines and ensure smooth workflow.
Operate and supervise CNC machines and related equipment.
Ensure proper application of welding processes and techniques.
Supervise stamping and pressing operations.
Manage sheet metal fabrication activities.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering.
in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong experience in Steel Fabrication.
Hands-on experience with Assembly Lines.
Solid background in CNC machining.
Good knowledge of welding types and applications.
Experience in Stamping & Sheet Metal works.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
