Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Management: Supervise and monitor production lines to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of production targets.
Team Leadership: Organize, lead, and support operator teams, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure optimal performance of all mechanical equipment and systems; coordinate closely with the Maintenance department to minimize downtime.
Process Optimization: Provide technical support and troubleshoot process-related issues to maintain high-quality output.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, performance data, and yield analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to streamline workflows.
Cost & Safety: Monitor consumption of raw materials to ensure cost control and strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on the factory floor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Experience: 3 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Industry Preference: Previous experience in the Nonwoven, Textile, Plastic Extrusion, or Paper industries is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and mechanical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must for reporting) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage shift schedules.
Good command of the English language (technical and conversational).
