Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the food industry. max age 30 years old.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in Food Industry specifically (biscuits & cake)
