Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and optimize production performance of the AMUT Washing Line and Starlinger Pelletizing Line.

Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of output, quality, yield, and efficiency.

Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with operating standards and SOPs.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure quick response to breakdowns.

Ensure consistent product quality and support quality control activities and inspections.

Analyze production losses, rejects, and downtime, and implement corrective actions.

Lead and supervise production operators and shift teams, ensuring discipline and safe operations.

Support start-up, shutdown, changeover, and commissioning activities for production lines.

Ensure compliance with HSE and safety procedures during all production activities.

Prepare daily production reports and KPIs related to output, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
  • 2 4 years of experience in plastic recycling or plastic manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of recycling processes, extrusion, filtration, and pellet quality.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.
  • Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
  • Preferred Experience in plastic recycling plants.
  • Preferred Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools.
