Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to resolve production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs or maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
  • Support the introduction of new products or technologies into the manufacturing process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering,
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
