Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for water pressure vessels and water hammer arrestors.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the production process.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on production activities, process changes, and equipment maintenance.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.

Experience in manufacturing pressure vessels and knowledge of ASME codes

Proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within an industrial environment.

Strong understanding of safety and quality standards relevant to manufacturing operations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using production management and data analysis software.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Willingness to work onsite and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
