Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations within the production area.
  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in training operators and junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the achievement of production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
