Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
  • Liaising with other stakeholders to develop plans to improve production, costs, and labor.
  • Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
  • Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
  • Material planning and management.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Agriculture preferred

1-3 years of experience in production in FMCG

Experience in grains, powder, and milling processes is preferred.

Knowledge of FFS and multihead weigher machines is an extra.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership abilities.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to make decisions under pressure.

Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
