Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE compliance within the workplace.
- Ensure quality of output production
- Plan daily shop floor work under his area of responsibility.
- Lead the production team of foremen, technicians and workers.
- Prepare CAD/CAM files required for custom parts production.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals efficiently.
- Oversee and optimizing production processes
- Analyze workflows and problems to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the optimum utilization of manufacturing equipment together with the correct usage of each.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably Production or Industrial.
0 to 4 years of experience, preferably in sheet metal or engineering industry.
Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve production processes
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good user of AutoCAD
CAM knowledge is a plus
Very good English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment
Familiarity with air quality or HVAC system products will be an asset
