Production Engineer EVER GREEN STEEL FABRICATION L L C.SP

Production Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day fabrication of ASME Section VIII pressure vessels, tanks, and structural skids, managing shop-floor teams including welders and fitters. Standards Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing stages adhere to ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes (Sections VIII, IX) and API standards (API 650 for tanks). Monitoring & Optimization: Track fabrication progress, material consumption, and workforce utilization to meet production schedules and budgets. Documentation & Recording: Maintain production and internal inspection records for every job from its beginning till its completion. Employee Training: Timely recommendation for employees training to enhance production. Coordination with engineering and QA/QC team to maintain the quality.
