Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Equipment Maintenance Engineer (M/F)
Ensure the integration of the new resources.
Keep technical documentation and technical files up to date (plans, operating procedures, maintenance history)
Plan, monitor and control preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of resources, equipment, tools and jigs
Manage the CMMS database: monitor and maintain the system settings and optimal operation by all users.
To provide training for new recruits.
Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes and propose/implement appropriate solutions.
Check that the tools and machines are functioning correctly after an intervention
Capitalize on lessons learned and propose new solutions to improve production (Safety, Quality, Cost, deadlines)
Develop or contribute to the drafting of investment/renovation specifications and participate in the technical acceptance of new or modified equipment within the assigned scope.
Participate in decision-making related to the choice of resources.
Develop prevention plans for service providers and monitor the compliance of work performed by suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Propose / Participate in / Lead continuous improvement projects.
Participate in internal and external audits (quality, HSE, customers, system).
To compile and report on key performance indicators.
Develop FMEA analyses of the resources as needed
Ensure the preventive maintenance schedules are kept up to date.
Capitalize on technical lessons learned to optimize maintenance methods and standards.
Participate in the planning, monitoring and technical acceptance of investment, renovation or reliability improvement projects.
Analyze performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs) and propose corrective actions.
