Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
*Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules aligned with customer orders and deadlines.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare and update Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Ensure all rebar processing complies with approved drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
Supervise cutting lines, bending machines, stirrup machines, and material handling equipment.
Monitor in-process and final product quality; initiate corrective actions for deviations.
Control raw material consumption, reduce scrap, and improve yield efficiency.
Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
Maintain production logs, machine performance data, and workforce efficiency records.
Lead workforce performance, training, and discipline management.
Enforce HSE procedures, PPE compliance, and incident reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
*Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in rebar cut & bend operations.
Strong knowledge of BBS, rebar specifications, and fabrication processes.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage shop floor operations.
Good communication and reporting skills
Multilingual ability is an advantage.
