Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A Production Worker is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a factory or warehouse, as well as preparing items for distribution. The role includes assembling and inspecting product components, ensuring machinery operates efficiently, and supporting shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general tasks according to assigned work instructions
Clean and pack finished goods
Assist machinists in the assembly process
Conduct VM scanning for assigned job numbers
Execute manufacturing plans as directed by the supervisor
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with 5S standards
Perform basic coating and cleaning activities
Ensure 5S practices are consistently implemented in the work area
Adhere to company guidelines regarding Safety and Quality
Comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Diploma or Certificate from Vocational/Tech/Eng School of Studies
Able to read, converse and interpret in English and Chinese
Minimum 1 year experience in CNC Machining
Able to work on rotating shifts (8am-8pm - 1st shift & 8pm-8am - 2nd shift)
Able to work in a non air conditioned machine shop
