Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent problem-solving, mould, and mechanical analytical skills.
• Strategic decision-making and operational planning to align with company goals.
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Plan and organize daily production and operations activities.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Relevant course in NTTF / ITI / CIPET / Plastic Technology / Plastic Engineering / Mechanical.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in the plastic packaging sector.
• Skills: Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Advanced Excel & Word, ERP Systems).
• Reporting Person: General Manager.
