This is a Production Lead role in a continuous manufacturing setup where youll be responsible for end-to-end production line operations, process control, and achieving daily production targets.

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Education: Any Engineering

Working Days: 5 Days

Experience:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Fiber Plants in a similar role

Job Purpose :

1. Organizes and executes production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and confirming to Global standards.
2. Autonomous maintenance of all associated equipments.

Summary

• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

Functional responsibilities are as follows:

1. Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place
2. Accountable for all the KPI s for the production lines.
3. Adhere to the Autonomous maintenance practices in the production lines.
4. QMS / EMS system documentation & Compliance
5. Daily management - Identify and plan the resources (raw material, manpower, consumables & etc ) for daytoday operations & shutdowns.
6. To lead continuous Improvement initiatives through Small group Activities.

Technical responsibilities include the following:

1. Plan, implement and control the production schedule by determining the required resources.
2. Operation of process plant equipments in Spun / Pyro lines.
3. Set, monitor and ensure Process parameters.
4. Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
5. Ensure efficient and effective collaboration with relevant departments including procurement, distribution.
6. Ensure Identification, traceability & documentation procedures as required.
7. Ensure Blankets / pyro log Quality parameters as per the Global standards.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
