Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Line Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor production
- Supervise and mentor the team
- Ensure the start-up, adjustment and monitoring of the machines
- Checking product quality
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions
- Manage incidents and propose corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies
- Ensure production reporting
- Perform first-level maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac +2 to Bac +5 in industrial production, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Experience in industrial production preferred
- Experience in team management is a plus
