Production Line Operator Company Midea Shaker

1. Job Purpose:

To perform assigned tasks on the production line efficiently and safely, ensuring the manufacturing process runs smoothly to produce high-quality products in accordance with standard operating procedures , quality standards, and production targets.

2. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line as trained.
• Assemble products or components according to precise specifications.
• Monitor the production process, performing basic adjustments to machinery under supervision.
• Feed raw materials or components into production machinery.
• Ensure continuous line operation by performing tasks at the required pace.
• Conduct basic quality checks on products at your stage of the line (visual inspection, measurement, etc.).
• Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations from quality standards immediately to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) if applicable.
• Strictly follow all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in designated areas (safety shoes, uniform, gloves, goggles, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation (5S methodology).
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required by Saudi Arabian regulations and company policy.
• Achieve daily production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., cleaning, lubricating) as scheduled.
• Report any equipment faults, breakdowns, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth line operation.
• Communicate clearly with line supervisors and colleagues regarding production issues.
• Follow instructions accurately and support colleagues as needed.
