Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Purpose: To run assigned processing lines, organize raw material inflows via FIFO, manage floor labor allocations, and maintain the correct cold product temperature throughout production.
  • Requirements:
    • Technical Diploma or Vocational Graduate in Food Processing or Technology.
    • 3+ years as a team lead or foreman in a high-volume food manufacturing setup.
    • Hands-on ability to handle labor relations, monitor line wastage, and speak functional English.
