Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sampling and production of WaveX apparel with local manufacturers and textile suppliers.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and materials suited for high-performance activewear (e.g., quick-dry, stretch, sustainable textiles).
  • Visit factories and workshops to monitor sample quality, production timelines, and ensure product specs are met.
  • Work closely with designers and technical teams to translate creative concepts into production-ready pieces.
  • Manage production logistics from order placement to delivery timelines and supplier communications.
  • Help set up supply chain workflows and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all products meet brand standards, performance requirements, and market expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in production, textile logistics, or sportswear manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of activewear fabrics, performance testing, and production cycles.
  • Reliable network of contacts in Cairo s fashion or textile industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel locally to visit factories and suppliers on behalf of the brand.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
