Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Manage and optimize electrical production processes, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Monitor and control production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
