Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager with strong experience in home textiles and uniform production to lead end-to-end operations and drive efficiency across our production function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete production operations from planning to execution

  • Drive timely achievement of production targets with high quality standards

  • Lead, mentor, and develop production teams for optimal performance

  • Monitor and control production costs within budget

  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage

  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

  • Maintain quality standards across home textiles and uniform production

  • Identify production challenges and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
