Production Planning & Execution:

• Scheduling: Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts and kiln capacity, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Workflow Oversight: Monitor the entire porcelain manufacturing process (body preparation, shaping, glazing, firing, and decorating) to prevent bottlenecks.
• Resource Allocation: Manage workforce shifts, machinery, and raw material availability (e.g., kaolin, quartz, and feldspar) to maximize output.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Defect Management: Establish and monitor stringent quality metrics to identify defects such as warping, pinholes, cracking, or glaze inconsistencies.
• Firing Optimization: Oversee kiln temperature profiles, atmosphere, and firing cycles to ensure high yield and perfect vitrification.
• Compliance: Ensure all finished porcelain meets international grade standards for durability, thermal shock resistance, and aesthetic finish.

Equipment & Maintenance:

• Kiln & Machinery Maintenance: Organize routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for crucial equipment like ball mills, spray dryers, molding presses, and high-temperature kilns.
• Asset Upgrades: Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment upgrades to improve plant efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Health, Safety & Team Leadership:

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety regulations, especially concerning silica dust control, hazardous raw material handling, and high-temperature areas.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise production staff, shift supervisors, and quality inspectors.
