Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Manager
Reporting to the Technical Department, your main responsibilities will be :
- Plan, organize and supervise production activities
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost and time objectives
- Supervise and lead the production teams
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity
- Monitor performance indicators (OEE, yield, scrap)
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
- Coordinate with the maintenance, quality and logistics departments
- Implement continuous improvement processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial production or process engineering
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years), ideally in the plastics industry
- Good command of production techniques and continuous improvement tools
- Managerial skills and a sense of leadership
- Rigour, organisation and responsiveness
- Proficiency in computer tools and production management
