Production Manager

Production Planning and Organization:

• Develop and monitor production schedules according to customer orders.
• Optimize production flows and manage raw material supplies.
• Coordinate production teams and assign tasks.
• Manage stocks of finished products and raw materials.

Quality and Food Safety:

• To ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
• Supervise quality controls at each stage of production.
• Ensure the complete traceability of products.
• Implement and follow up on corrective actions in case of non-conformity.

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead the production team.
• Organize staff training in best practices.
• evaluate performance and support the development of skills.
• Ensure internal communication and reporting to management.

Continuous Improvement and Performance:

• Analyze performance indicators (yield, quality, costs).
• Propose and implement actions to improve processes.
• Optimize production costs while maintaining quality.
• Participate in investment projects and modernization of equipment.

Maintenance and equipment:

• - Supervise the preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• - Coordinate with the technical services for interventions.
• - Ensure compliance and good condition of the installations.

• Bac+3/5 training in Food Quality, Industrial Production, Agri-Food Quality or equivalent.
• Specialisations appr cies: fruit processing, food technology, industrial management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agri-food production.
• Team coaching experience is essential.
