Roles & Responsibilities

Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise production.
  • Ensure the quality and conformity of products according to standards (IANOR/ISO/GMP).
  • Supervise teams, ensure the proper use of raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma: Engineer / Master in process engineering, industrial chemistry or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in production management (5 years).
  • Leadership, rigor and organizational skills.
