Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all production operations
  • Supervise and organize workshop teams
  • Plan tasks and optimize manufacturing flows
  • Guaranteeing quality, safety and respect for deadlines
  • Monitor the machines and equipment (including CNC machines)
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and new OSLAI product ranges
  • Maintaining general discipline in the workshops

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial production management
  • Leadership, team management, rigor
  • Mastery of industrial environments and organizational methods
  • Knowledge of furniture/industrial joinery
