Production Manager

Main tasks:

• Participate in the development of the annual production plan for the production site.
• Carry out the pre-defined production plan.
• Adjust the Master Production Schedule (P.D.P) as needed.
• Organize and monitor the progress of the various manufacturing processes.
• Take all preventive and corrective measures necessary to maintain and/or improve process performance.
• Apply and enforce the site's quality assurance system.
• Ensure the maintenance of infrastructures under the good conditions as required by the standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of production equipment in good operating conditions through a preventive and corrective maintenance policy.
• Manage the site staff in its charge (timekeeping, assignment, evaluation, etc.).
• Determine the qualification gaps of the personnel in order to propose a training program to be included in the training plan.
• Follow up and evaluate the trained personnel.
• Provide its expertise in order to approve, and control suppliers in accordance with the B.P.F. concerning materials, equipment and spare parts.
• Check the storage conditions of materials, semi-finished products and finished products in accordance with the B.P.F.
• Verify the conformity of the products and make decisions on how to correct, recover or destroy the materials or products with the parties involved as the case may be.
• Guarantee the traceability of products and processes.
• Provide its expertise for the preservation of the company's image.
• Apply and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Apply and enforce the rules and standards related to hygiene and safety

Responsibility:

• Authority: Stop production in the event of a major malfunction affecting the quality of production.
• Responsibility: Is responsible for the implementation of good manufacturing practices.
• Is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative realization of the production plan.
