Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with the Operations Director in developing the production strategy, ensuring its deployment and providing operational management aligned with the production schedule.
- Organize, monitor and analyze production operations to ensure the manufacture of goods conforming to "quality and delivery time".
- To propose improvements to production processes or in the organization with the aim of increasing productivity, ensuring alignment, optimization and fluidity of the process with respect to requirements (costs, time and quality).
- To ensure discipline and respect for safety, hygiene and quality rules and other internal rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree +3 years, Master's degree +5 years (industry, production, industrial engineering or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position
- Good mastery of production management tools
- Knowledge of quality and HSE standards
