Production Manager

Main Mission

You will be responsible for supervising production (rubber, rubber-metal, and aluminum parts), leading the injection and machining workshops, and training and developing local teams.

Your role will be key in transferring know-how, structuring production processes, and achieving the international standards required by the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production teams (technicians, operators, team leaders).
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes (rubber injection, molding, aluminum machining, CNC).
• Ensure product quality compliance with automotive standards (ISO/TS, IATF).
• Monitor productivity, costs, and machine performance.
• Define requirements for equipment, tooling, and production methods.
• Collaborate with the quality and maintenance departments to reduce waste and breakdowns.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
• Report regularly to top management on performance indicators and propose action plans.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of injection processes (molding, compression, transfer, rubber/plastic injection).
• Knowledge of CNC machining, turning, milling, and tooling.
• Basic understanding of quality control, metrology, and IATF/ISO standards.

Managerial Skills:

• Strong leadership and ability to train and coach local teams.
• Teaching mindset, sense of discipline, and industrial rigor.
• Project management and continuous improvement mindset.
