Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production.
- Supervise and manage production teams.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.
- Optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
- Mastery of production planning and organization techniques_x000D_
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in an industrial environment_x000D_
- Capacity to manage a production team and resolve conflicts_x000D_
- Analytical and problem-solving skills_x000D_
- Mastery of IT tools for production management_x000D_
- Good communication and time management skills
- Holder of a degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Demonstrating leadership, rigor, and adaptability is essential for success in this role.
