Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows across teams to support efficient project execution.
• Manage relationships with printers, production houses, photographers, and other external vendors.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate costs, and maintain a reliable vendor network.
• Oversee communication and handoffs between internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications across print, digital, and out-of-home formats.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain file management and asset organization standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, track production expenses, and reconcile budgets upon project completion.

Qualifications

• 4 6 years of experience in production management, studio operations, traffic management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of print, digital, and out-of-home production processes and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating production costs.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industries is a plus.
