Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of the plastic production process, from raw material management to final product delivery.
Plan, organize, and control daily production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective output.
Supervise and lead production teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Manage the maintenance and repair of injection moulding machines and moulds.
Monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet required standards and customer specifications.
Identify and resolve technical problems related to machines, moulds, or production processes.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to optimize plant performance.
Manage inventory of raw materials and spare parts.
Maintain accurate records of production reports, downtime, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure operational continuity and improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in plastic injection moulding, preferably with machines 1500 tons, not less than that.
- Strong knowledge of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) processing.
- Demonstrated experience in mould maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine operation.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of production planning, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
