Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage large-scale GRP pipe and fitting production using advanced Continuous Filament Winding (CFW) and discontinuous winding technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations to meet quality and capacity targets.
- Optimize filament winding processes and ensure schedule adherence.
- Implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and cost control.
- Coordinate with maintenance and QC teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and support automation upgrades.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Experience in GRP or composite manufacturing.
- Knowledge of filament winding technology and production planning.
- Strong leadership skills.
