Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while managing resources effectively.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to align production goals with business objectives.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for strategic roles.
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing Aluminium Cookware Industry (Aluminium Utensils)
Experience in managing a diverse team with a proven ability to lead and inspire employees towards shared goals.
