Production Manager Acme Automation

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to lead and oversee our mechanical production operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical production and demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilties

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Dubai
• The Production Manager will oversee production processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards across operations
• Intrepret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOM s to ensure acurate manufacturing and execution
• Allocate manoower, machinery, and resources effectively to meet production schedules and project deadlines
• Ensure proper material usuage and coordinate with stores for mechanical raw materials and components
• Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing teams, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
• The Production Manager will also drive process improvements and work closely with other departments to meet project deadlines and targets effectively
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, and stores to resolve production and technical issues
• Ensure that no mechanical work is carried out without approved SAP production documentation, including production orders and related records
• Enaure all mechanical production activites are executed, tracked, and completed in SAP in accordance with approved procedures
• Monitor production KPI s, analyze variance, identify root causes, and report production performance to senior management
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop mechanical technicians, welder, fitters, and fabricators
• Ensure safe working practice, housekeeping, and discipline withing the mechanical workshop
