Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards, proactively identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows, adjusting plans as necessary based on resource availability and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of processes and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is essential for a strong technical foundation.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
Experience in the specific industry of work, such as cable production, is preferred to ensure relevant knowledge and expertise.
