We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and drive excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.

� Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Head, the role focuses on:

• On-time customer delivery with best-in-class quality & service

• Automation, continuous improvement & cost optimization

• Building a strong safety culture (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)

• Developing high-performing teams and future leaders

� Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end production planning (daily to monthly)

• Process optimization, automation & lean manufacturing

• Quality assurance & defect reduction

• Inventory control (ERP vs Physical)

• Cost management, CAPEX & ROI improvement

• Safety leadership, statutory & EHS compliance

• Vendor development & outsourcing management

• People development, performance & succession planning

� Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing
✅ Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)
✅ Strong exposure to Fabrication & Powder Coating processes
✅ Experience managing 3rd-party / outsourced manufacturing
✅ Hands-on leadership with strong field & plant exposure
