Roles & Responsibilities


  • We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the full production lifecycle of exhibition stands and event builds — from concept to on-site execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, manage, and oversee production of exhibition stands and event builds

    • Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams

    • Manage suppliers, contractors, and fabrication units

    • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

    • Oversee installation and dismantling on-site

    • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

    • Ensure health & safety compliance at all stages

    • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in exhibitions/events production

    • Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and build processes

    • Excellent project coordination and time management skills

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

    • UAE experience preferred
