Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Production Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting !
Job Summary: The Production Manager is the prime contact between the Customers and Partners and the Revenue Generation teams to facilitate the proper execution for all jobs and projects both on-site and Off Site (Partner) projects. The Production Manager owns the prioritization of production, include production, planning, coordinating, and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure the client deliverables are supplied on time and within the budget.

Lead regarding the prioritization of production, include planning, coordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure the client deliverables are supplied on time and within the budget. Using Power Bi assisted with other methods to ensure regular reporting is supplied to clients, account managers (Sales) and Senior Management on all Jobs in production. Working with the Operations Manager to ensure the proper SOPs are available to all staff members before starting a job, this is achieved by using Teams and Confluence as the primary delivery method. Work with the global service and support departments; ORKA Infrastructure and Production systems to Follow the Opportunity and Order/Job Build processes and using JIRA Work Management (Service) Assist with the creation of the Global Business Policies for Production Work with Sales to provide customer service excellence via the effective ongoing management of all Jobs in production both on site and off site (via a partner) Own and / or support the various JIRA Work Management boards that track all business activities for both Jobs and Projects Work with the global SALES OPERATIONS MANAGERS, service and support departments; ORKA Infrastructure and Production systems to Follow the Opportunity and Order/Job Build processes and using JIRA Work Management (Service) Provide general job progresses, including tracking of project timeline, risk matrix, budget tracking, Manage contract variations using change control procedures Help with recruitment within your department and BU Suggest improvements to the ORKA systems via the Product Owner
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Professional Background: Bachelor s degree in Media Production, Film, Audiovisual Technologies, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications in project management, production management, quality assurance, or audiovisual technologies are an advantage. Previous experience in a broadcaster, digitization facility, archive, library, ICT preservation project, post-production environment, or media operations facility is highly preferred.
Experience Requirements: Proven experience in production coordination, project coordination, operations coordination, media operations, or audiovisual production management. Experience managing client deliverables, production timelines, budgets, priorities, and operational workflows. Experience coordinating both on-site and off-site production activities, including work delivered through external partners or vendors. Previous exposure to customer-facing or partner-facing roles, particularly in relation to project execution, production updates, and service delivery. Experience supporting or managing quality assurance processes within production, media, AV, digitization, or technical operations environments. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across operations, sales, service, support, infrastructure, production systems, and management functions.
Technical & Systems Requirements: Working knowledge of audio, video, film, digitization, media production, or archival technologies. Familiarity with AV and IT environments is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other production, project tracking, or reporting tools. Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools to track production performance and communicate job status. Experience using Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira Work Management, or similar collaboration and workflow management systems. Ability to work with SOPs, job workflows, production documentation, change control procedures, and project status reporting tools.
