Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams to maintain high performance and morale.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure minimal interruption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and team performance.

work experience
- Complete experience in fulfilling steel structure factory projects
- Experience in installation of maintenance structures in steel structure factories
- Experience in on-site construction production with rich experience in urgent work handling
- Experience in on-site safety and quality management
- Familiar with performance of various construction machinery such as large automotive cranes and
crawler cranes, with certain lifting knowledge
- Experience in site layout and construction management
- Fill in daily reports every day
- Proficient in English with smooth communication
- Physically healthy and no bad habits
- Willing to follow project department work arrangements
