Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of output targets.
Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Monitor production processes and quality standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
Drive initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and resource optimization without compromising product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
Support the implementation of new technologies and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Liaise with senior management to align production strategies with organizational goals and market demands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in production management within large industrial/manufacturing companies
Hands-on experience with strong>Odoo ERP system/strong> is mandatory
Age must not exceed strong>40 years/strong>
Strong planning, leadership, and production control skills
Ability to manage production lines and achieve targetsbr> strong>Attractive salary/strong> based on experience
