Production Manager

MB Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations in the sheet metal department.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, forming, etc.).
• Experience in managing production teams and operations.
• Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
