ARUBA IS HIRING A PRODUCTION MANAGER .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor degree in food technology, or in nutrition, or any related degree

Previous experience in production and food manufacturing organisation: around 5 years of experience

Previous experience in food related ISO programs

Previous experience in managing a production team


Technical Responsibilities:

Prepares the mixing formulas

Takes part in the food safety & traceability team within Hintrag

Implements ISO 22005:2007, 22000:2005, and FSSC 22000 certification requirements

Assumes responsibility for establishing a production schedule, estimating how long each task takes

Monitors the production processes and introduces adjustments on the schedule as per the needs in order to deliver on time

Re aligns the production time line processes according the occurring factors, criteria and availability of resources, availability of raw material, and assets

Coordinates with the R&D specialist to follow up on any changes and updates regarding the initial formulas

Coordinates with quality manager regarding safety and quality issues based on the formula update sheet

Supervises machines operators and informs them about the weekly production schedule after selecting the necessary equipment

Coordinates with the machine operators about issues related to machine operation and machine ratios adjustments based on the daily operation form

Follows up with the machine operators about any possible waste ratios outside the norms


Shares with the plant manager the production status and progress through the batch number report and the expected quantity report

Delivers daily order forms and packing schedule to the production coordinator in order to prepare daily packing plan and the necessary packaging material.

Delegates responsibilities to the mixing division as per the production plan

Assumes the responsibility of following the food safety procedures and standards

Prepares in collaboration with the quality team, the production and food safety flows charts

Prepares a pre planed scheme of what is needed for the coming week in terms of production requirements from material and packaging.

Presents some input and assistance with the raw and packaging material purchase order PO

Deputies when needed the machines operators, mixing division staff, quality manager, and production coordinator

Provides feedback with the organoleptic test and sensory evaluations
