We have an opening for Production Manager At Saudi Arabia

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Implement the company's production and operation strategy, and achieve the company's annual production goals;
• Track production progress, organize and coordinate various production processes, and solve problems in each production process
• Manage the production site, develop production efficiency improvement plans, and implement tracking;
• Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control program plans, carry out quality improvement and continuous improvement;
• Strictly implement safety and civilized production management, and educate employees to abide by labor, process discipline, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth production operations.
• Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and monitor production output for defects.
• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any safety concerns.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials and minimize excess stock.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents.
