Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Execution: Managing end-to-end project timelines from raw material procurement to final assembly, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.


Production Planning: Coordinating workshop operations, including CNC machining, profile cutting, bending, welding, NDT, blasting, painting.


Technical Oversight: Reviewing shop drawings, ensuring fabrication accuracy against design, and managing CNC programming.


Resource Allocation: Managing workforce, machine capacity, and raw material inventory to minimize downtime.


Quality & Safety: Implementing QA/QC standards in accordance with API Q1 10th Edition and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on the factory floor.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Production Project Manager in steel manufacturing and CNC machining acts as the bridge between engineering, shop floor fabrication, and client delivery. This role requires technical expertise in steel fabrication (cutting, welding, assembly) precision machining (CNC milling/turning), blasting and painting, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exceptional quality standards.



Technical Expertise: Strong background in steel fabrication, welding techniques, and CNC machining processes (e.g., Fanuc, Mastercam, or similar systems).

Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or SolidWorks for interpreting technical drawings.


Leadership: Ability to supervise production staff, operators, and workshop supervisors.


Organization: Ability to self-organize and prioritize, manage route cards, process flows, SOP's, Manufacturing Execution System. Experience: Generally, 7+ years of relevant experience in metal fabrication or industrial with familiarity with GCC industry standards.


This position is high-paced, often involving low-volume, high-complexity production for sectors like construction, oil & gas, or specialized engineering.
